Premium Floors Trims

Prestige End - Available in Senior Ends (14mm), Mid Ends (12mm) & Junior Ends (8mm)

The Premium End Trim is the most widely used trim and is ideal for areas where our flooring is joining carpet, ceramic tiles (at the same height), window frames or sliding door tracks. Available in Black, Bronze, Silver and Champagne as well as a range of timber look vinyl wrap colours, this trim should be adhered to the floor with a permanent construction adhesive. The Prestige End is suitable for use in both domestic and commercial applications. The top cover of this trim is 18mm and the timber or laminate is designed to sit just under the outside lip of the trim, leaving room for expansion inside the channel. The trim is available in 3.4 metre lengths.

Prestige Border - Height range (7-18 mm)

The Prestige Border profile provides a post fitable end profile for joining to any vertical surface, or abutment to other floorcoverings. Eg, sliding doors, tile angles, thresholds etc. The base profile is installed prior to the installation of the floorcovering, with the top section and insert installed last of all. This is a simple alternative to struggling with an End profile on starting or finishing rows. The top cover of this trim is 27mm. Available in the full range of wood and metal finishes.

Prestige Universal Trim

The Prestige Universal Trim is used where timber or laminate joins another floor of the same level or slightly different height. Most often used where timber or laminate meets ceramic tiles that are slightly higher or lower than the flooring being installed, or as an expansion trim in the middle of the floor, this trim is available in Black, Bronze, Silver and Champagne, as well as a range of timber look, vinyl wrap colours. The Prestige Universal trim is designed for use in domestic and light commercial applications. It is not recommended in any area that will have stock trolleys or high point loads rolling over the trim. To install the Prestige Universal, simply adhere the Universal Base Trim to the subfloor using a permanent construction adhesive. Once the flooring is installed, select the insert that will reach the desired height (each base kit comes with three inserts), slide the insert into the appropriate channel on the underside of the Universal Trim and then press fit the trim into the base. It has a 40mm top cover and is available in 3.4 metre lengths.

Prestige Ramp

The Ramp Trim is used where timber flooring joins a significantly lower surface. Most often used where timber or laminate meets vinyl, direct stick carpet, carpet tiles or polished concrete, this trim is available in Bronze, Silver and Champagne or a range of timber look, vinyl wrap colours. The Ramp trim is designed for use in domestic and light commercial applications. It is not recommended in any area that will have stock trolleys or high point loads rolling over the trim. It has a top cover of 47mm and is installed in the same way as the Universal trim listed above.

Base kit required. Base kits include base profile and small, medium and large inserts. Prestige plugs available in boxes of 100.

Prestige H Trim - Available in Senior H (14mm) & Junior H (8mm)

The Prestige H Trim is the perfect choice where an expansion gap is needed within a floor. The flooring sits neatly under each edge of this trim facilitating expansion while holding the floor down. This 3.4mt. long trim is available in Bronze, Silver and Champagne, or a wide range of vinyl wrap wood look colours, and is adhered to the subfloor using a permanent construction adhesive. This trim is the perfect choice for any domestic or commercial application. The top of the trim in anodized colours is 38mm and slightly fluted, to reduce the appearance of scratches.

Prestige Stair Trims - Available in Senior Stair (14mm) & Junior Stair (8mm)

The Prestige Stair Trim is, as its name suggests, purpose designed for installation over stairs. With it’s unique rounded edge, the trim accommodates installation on most square or bull nosed edges. This trim is adhered to the edge of the step using permanent construction adhesive (as well as mechanically fastened with screws), after which the flooring is installed on both tread and riser. The trim accommodates expansion for both tread and riser, has a top cover of 14mm and is available in Bronze, Champagne and Silver as well as a range of timber look vinyl wrap colours. The Prestige Stair Trim is designed for use in domestic and commercial applications. The top of the trim is styled to match the End Trim and all the other trims in the Prestige Range, offering a uniform look.
